# Organization management

> Create and manage your organization, invite team members, and assign roles.

Organizations are shared workspaces in Saccharo AI where team members collaborate on RFP analysis. All data -- including your RFP library, knowledge base, and analysis results -- is shared within your organization.

## Creating an organization

If this is your first time using Saccharo AI and no organization exists yet:

    Navigate to **Settings** in the sidebar.

    Click the **Organization** tab.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Create your organization">
    Enter your organization name and any required details, then click **Create**.

## Inviting team members

  <Step title="Open organization settings">
    Navigate to **Settings** > **Organization**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Click Invite">
    Click the **Invite** button to open the invitation form.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter the email address">
    Enter the email address of the person you want to invite. They receive an email with instructions to join your organization.

  Invite team members who need access to RFP analysis results. Each member can browse the Discover page, view the RFP Library, and access analysis results within your organization.

## Managing roles and permissions

Organization members can have different roles that control what actions they can perform. Roles are managed from the members list in organization settings.

## Switching organizations

If you belong to multiple organizations, you can switch between them from the organization settings. Each organization has its own separate data, including the RFP library and knowledge base.

  Data is not shared between organizations. If you switch to a different organization, you see that organization's RFP library and knowledge base, not your previous one.
