# Sign in

> Access your account using Microsoft single sign-on.

Saccharo AI uses Microsoft single sign-on (SSO) for authentication. You need a Microsoft account provided by your organization to sign in.

## Prerequisites

* A Microsoft account associated with your organization
* An invitation from your organization's Saccharo AI administrator (if your organization uses invite-based access)

## Sign in

  <Step title="Navigate to Saccharo AI">
    Open your browser and go to [www.saccharo.ai](https://www.saccharo.ai) or the URL provided by your organization.

  <Step title="Click Continue with Microsoft">
    On the sign-in page, click the **Continue with Microsoft** button to begin the authentication flow.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Authenticate with Microsoft">
    Enter your Microsoft credentials in the OAuth dialog. If you are already signed into your Microsoft account, this step may be automatic.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Land on your home page">
    After authentication, you are redirected to your home page. In Discover mode, this is the Discover page. In Full mode, this is the Dashboard.

<Tip>
  If this is your first time signing in, your account is created automatically after Microsoft authentication. Returning users are signed in immediately.

<Warning>
  If your organization requires an invitation to access Saccharo AI, you need to accept the invitation before your first sign-in. Contact your administrator if you have not received an invitation.

## Troubleshooting

If you cannot sign in, check the following:

* Verify you are using the correct Microsoft account associated with your organization
* Clear your browser cookies and try again
* Confirm your organization has granted you access to Saccharo AI
