# Manage your price list

> Upload and edit your product catalog for AI-powered RFP matching.

Your price list is the foundation of Saccharo AI's matching capabilities. It contains your organization's products and services, which the AI uses to compare against RFP line items and calculate fit scores.

## What the price list is

The price list is your organization's product catalog. It tells the AI what products and services you offer so it can match them against RFP requirements. A complete and current price list directly improves your fit scores and match percentages.

## Uploading a price list

    Go to **Knowledge Base** in the sidebar and select the **Price List** tab.

  <Step title="Upload your file">
    Drag and drop your price list file into the upload area, or click to browse. Supported formats:

    * **CSV** (.csv)
    * **Excel** (.xlsx)
    * **PDF** (.pdf)
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select an AI model">
    Choose the AI model that will extract items from your file. The default model works well for most price lists.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Submit">
    Click **Submit** to start processing. The AI reads your file and extracts individual product items with their attributes.

## Viewing grouped items

After processing, your items appear in a grouped view organized by category. Each item shows:

* **Name** -- the product or service name
* **Type** -- the item type classification
* **Temperature** -- temperature requirements (frozen, refrigerated, dry)
* **Product type** -- the product category
* **Price** -- the listed price
* **Pack size** -- the packaging or unit size

## Editing items

Click any item to edit its attributes inline. Changes are saved automatically. You can update:

* Item name
* Type classification
* Temperature category
* Product type
* Price
* Pack size

## Adding items manually

To add a single item without uploading a file:

1. Click the **Create Item** button
2. Fill in the item details in the form
3. Click **Save**

## Deleting items

* **Individual items** -- click the delete icon next to any item
* **All items** -- use the **Delete All** option to clear your entire price list

<Warning>
  Deleting all items is permanent and cannot be undone. Consider exporting your current price list before performing a bulk delete.

## Re-processing documents

If you need to re-extract items from a previously uploaded document (for example, after the AI models have been updated), select the document and click **Re-process**.

<Tip>
  Keep your price list up to date with your current product offerings. The AI can only match items that exist in your price list. Adding new products and removing discontinued ones directly improves the accuracy of your fit scores.
