Saccharo AI aggregates RFPs from public procurement portals across the United States. Automated scrapers collect new solicitations daily from state and local government procurement websites, ensuring you have access to the latest opportunities without manually visiting each portal.
Saccharo AI is designed for food service procurement teams and businesses that supply products or services to government and institutional buyers. This includes food distributors, manufacturers, caterers, and other vendors that respond to public procurement solicitations.
The AI uses advanced language models to extract data from RFP documents. Accuracy is high for structured information like dates, contacts, and item lists. For best results, upload the original digital documents rather than scanned images. You can always verify extracted data against the source using the citation links on the Details tab.

You can upload PDF (.pdf), Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), and plain text (.txt) files. For price lists, CSV (.csv) and Excel (.xlsx) formats are also supported. For best results, use the original digital format rather than scanned images.
The fit score is a composite metric (0-100%) based on three factors: the percentage of RFP items that match your price list, the estimated contract value, and how many requirements your organization can satisfy. A higher score indicates a better fit between the opportunity and your capabilities. See RFP summary and fit score for details.
Yes. Use custom extraction fields to define additional data points the AI should look for in every RFP. You can also define custom requirements that the AI checks against each opportunity. Both features are available in Full mode.

This includes text extraction, requirement identification, item matching against your price list, and fit score calculation. The process typically takes one to three minutes.
