The Details tab provides a comprehensive view of all data values the AI extracted from the RFP documents, each with citations linking back to the source.

What the details tab shows

The AI extracts structured data from the RFP documents including:
  • Contact information (names, emails, phone numbers)
  • Key dates and deadlines
  • Pricing and financial details
  • Delivery locations and schedules
  • Evaluation criteria
  • Custom fields you have defined
Each data point includes a citation showing which document and section it was extracted from.

Citation structure

Citations appear as attachment chips next to each extracted value. Each citation includes:
  • Source document — which file the data came from
  • Location — the page or section within the document
Click a citation chip to open the document viewer and jump to the exact location where the data was found.

Verifying extracted data

Use the Details tab to verify that the AI accurately captured important information from the RFP. This is especially useful for:
  • Confirming contact details before reaching out
  • Verifying pricing requirements and financial terms
  • Checking specific dates and deadlines mentioned in the documents
If you have defined custom extraction fields, the data extracted for those fields also appears on this tab.
