Saccharo AI uses Microsoft single sign-on (SSO) for authentication. You need a Microsoft account provided by your organization to sign in.

Prerequisites

  • A Microsoft account associated with your organization
  • An invitation from your organization’s Saccharo AI administrator (if your organization uses invite-based access)

Sign in

Navigate to Saccharo AI

Open your browser and go to www.saccharo.ai or the URL provided by your organization.

Click Continue with Microsoft

On the sign-in page, click the Continue with Microsoft button to begin the authentication flow.

Authenticate with Microsoft

Enter your Microsoft credentials in the OAuth dialog. If you are already signed into your Microsoft account, this step may be automatic.

Land on your home page

After authentication, you are redirected to your home page. In Discover mode, this is the Discover page. In Full mode, this is the Dashboard.
If this is your first time signing in, your account is created automatically after Microsoft authentication. Returning users are signed in immediately.
If your organization requires an invitation to access Saccharo AI, you need to accept the invitation before your first sign-in. Contact your administrator if you have not received an invitation.

Troubleshooting

If you cannot sign in, check the following:
  • Verify you are using the correct Microsoft account associated with your organization
  • Clear your browser cookies and try again
  • Confirm your organization has granted you access to Saccharo AI
