Filter presets let you save your current combination of search, filter, and sort settings so you can reapply them with a single click. This is useful when you regularly search for the same types of RFPs.

Creating a preset

Set your filters

Configure the search bar, sort order, and filter controls on the Discover page to match your desired criteria.

Save the preset

Click the Save button in the filter bar. Enter a descriptive name for the preset (e.g., “Food service - open only” or “My state - closing soon”).

Confirm

Click Save in the dialog. Your preset is stored and available from the preset dropdown.

Loading a saved preset

Open the preset dropdown in the filter bar and select a saved preset. All search, filter, and sort settings are applied immediately.

Deleting presets

To remove a preset, open the preset dropdown, hover over the preset you want to delete, and click the delete icon.

Use case examples

Here are some effective preset combinations to get you started:
  • “Open food service” — Only Open enabled, Item Temperature set to Frozen and Refrigerated
  • “Closing this week” — Only Open enabled, sorted by Due Date
  • “Matching my products” — Match User Items enabled, Only Open enabled (Full mode)
  • “New opportunities” — Only Open enabled, sorted by Posted Date (newest first)
