Steps

1

Open the Discover page

Click Discover in the sidebar navigation. The Discover page shows a grid of RFP cards sourced from public procurement portals across the United States.
2

Browse or search for an RFP

Scroll through the RFP cards or use the search bar at the top to find an opportunity by keyword. You can also use the filter controls to narrow results by status, item type, or location.
3

Open the RFP details

Click any RFP card to open the detail modal. This shows the full title, description, due date, agency, location, and any attached documents.
4

Review the opportunity

Read through the description and check the due date to confirm the RFP is still open and relevant to your business. Review any attachment chips to see the source documents.
5

Add to library

Click the Add to Library button to trigger AI analysis. A progress indicator appears while the AI processes the RFP documents.
6

Wait for analysis to complete

The AI extracts key details, evaluates requirements, and matches items against your product catalog. This typically takes one to three minutes depending on the document size.
7

View your analyzed RFP

Navigate to RFP Library in the sidebar. Your newly analyzed RFP appears in the library table. Click it to open the full analysis results.
Your RFP is now in your library with a full AI analysis including a summary, fit score, and extracted requirements.
