The Upload tab in the RFP Library lets you submit your own RFP documents for AI analysis. This is useful for RFPs you received directly or that are not available on public procurement portals.

Supported file formats

  • PDF (.pdf) — the most common RFP format
  • Word documents (.docx) — Microsoft Word format
  • Excel spreadsheets (.xlsx) — for RFPs with tabular data
  • Plain text (.txt) — for simple text-based documents
For best results, upload the original digital document rather than a scanned image. Scanned documents may reduce the accuracy of AI extraction.

Upload workflow

1

Open the Upload tab

Navigate to RFP Library in the sidebar and click the Upload RFP tab.
2

Fill in the RFP details

Enter the following information:
  • RFP name — a descriptive name for this opportunity
  • Source — the origin of the RFP (e.g., agency name, portal name)
  • Source URL — a link to the original posting, if available
3

Upload files

Drag and drop files into the upload area, or click to browse your computer. You can upload multiple files for the same RFP.
4

Select an AI model

Choose which AI model should process your documents. The available models differ in speed and accuracy:
  • The default model provides a good balance for most RFPs
  • Alternative models may be available for specific document types or higher accuracy needs
5

Submit

Click Submit to begin the upload and analysis process. Your files are uploaded securely to cloud storage and the AI begins processing.

Monitoring submissions

After submitting, switch to the Library tab to see your submission. The status column shows the current processing stage and updates automatically.
  • Uploading — files are being transferred
  • Processing — the AI is analyzing the documents
  • Complete — analysis is ready to view
  • Failed — an error occurred

Deleting a submission

To remove an RFP from your library, select it and use the delete option. This removes the RFP and all associated analysis data.
Deleting an RFP from your library is permanent. The analysis results and uploaded documents cannot be recovered.
Upload all documents related to the same RFP in a single submission. This includes the main solicitation, addenda, amendments, and Q&A documents. The AI considers all files together for a comprehensive analysis.
