The Company Information tab lets you upload documents about your organization that the AI uses to improve its feasibility assessments and matching accuracy.
The Knowledge Base is available in Full mode only. See Application modes for details.

What company information is used for

When the AI analyzes an RFP, it references your company documents to:
  • Assess whether your organization can satisfy specific requirements
  • Evaluate certifications, insurance, and bonding capabilities
  • Understand your delivery capabilities and service areas
  • Improve the accuracy of feasibility assessments on the Requirements tab

Uploading documents

1

Open the Company Information tab

Navigate to Knowledge Base in the sidebar and select the Company Information tab.
2

Upload files

Drag and drop files into the upload area, or click to browse. Upload documents that describe your organization’s capabilities, such as:
  • Capability statements
  • Certification documents
  • Insurance certificates
  • Company profiles
  • Past performance summaries

File management

The file table shows all uploaded documents with:
  • File name — the document name
  • Upload date — when the file was added
  • Processing status — whether the file has been processed into the vector database

Processing to vector database

After uploading, you need to process documents into the vector database so the AI can reference them during analysis.
1

Select files

Check the boxes next to the files you want to process.
2

Click Process to Vector DB

Click the Process to Vector DB button. This converts your documents into searchable embeddings that the AI can query.
3

Monitor the queue

The processing queue panel shows the status of each file. Processing typically takes a few minutes per document.
Documents must be processed to the vector database before the AI can use them. Uploaded but unprocessed files are stored but not referenced during analysis.

Resetting your knowledge base

The Reset Data option removes all company documents and their vector database embeddings.
Resetting your knowledge base is destructive and cannot be undone. All uploaded documents and their processed embeddings are permanently deleted. Re-upload and re-process any documents you need.
