The Documents tab lists all files associated with the RFP, whether downloaded from a procurement portal or uploaded manually. You can open any document in the built-in viewer to read the original content.

Document list

The documents list shows:
  • File name — the original file name
  • File type — the document format (PDF, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Size — the file size
Click any document to open it in the viewer sidebar.

Document viewer

The document viewer opens as a sidebar panel on the right side of the screen. It supports the following formats:
  • PDF — rendered with full page navigation
  • Word (.docx) — converted and displayed with formatting preserved
  • HTML — rendered as a web page
  • Plain text — displayed as formatted text
  • Tables — tabular data displayed in a structured grid

Citation highlighting

When you navigate to the Documents tab from a citation link (e.g., from the Requirements tab or Details tab), the viewer scrolls to and highlights the specific section that was cited. This helps you verify AI-extracted data against the original source. Use the document list on the left to switch between files. The viewer updates to show the selected document. Your scroll position is preserved when you switch back to a previously viewed document.
Some documents may render differently in the viewer compared to their native application. For complex formatting, download the original file and open it in the appropriate application.
