When you click an RFP card on the Discover page, a detail modal opens with the full information about that opportunity. From here you can review the RFP and add it to your library for AI analysis.

Opening the detail modal

Click any RFP card on the Discover page to open the detail modal. The modal slides in from the right side of the screen. The detail modal includes the following sections:

Identification

  • Title — the full solicitation title
  • Agency — the issuing organization
  • Solicitation ID — the official reference number
  • Location — state or region
  • Description — the full text description of the opportunity

Status and timeline

  • Status — whether the RFP is open, closing soon, or past due
  • Due date — the submission deadline
  • Posted date — when the RFP was published

Attachments

Attachment chips appear for each document associated with the RFP. Click a chip to open the source document in a new browser tab. These are the original files from the procurement portal.

Item classification

  • Item type — the general category of items requested
  • Item temperature — temperature requirements (frozen, refrigerated, dry)
  • Product type — specific product category
  • Service type — specific service category

Adding to your library

1

Review the RFP

Confirm the opportunity is relevant to your business. Check the due date to make sure there is enough time to respond.
2

Click Add to Library

Click the Add to Library button at the bottom of the modal. This triggers the AI analysis pipeline.
3

Monitor progress

A progress indicator appears while the AI processes the RFP documents. This includes downloading attachments, extracting text, running analysis, and matching items.
4

View results

When analysis is complete, navigate to RFP Library to find your RFP and view the full analysis results.
Check the due date before adding an RFP to your library. Past-due RFPs can still be analyzed, but investing time in a closed opportunity may not be productive.
If the RFP has documents stored in S3, an additional S3 Files option may appear in the modal. Use this to view and download the original files directly.
